By many years, homosexual people had beendiscriminated and had been looking for social acceptance. They had to face employment discrimination, when they were looking for a job and so better life chances, and also family discrimination from their parents, who didn't accept gay/lesbian children, their behavioursand decisions.
Although nowadays this continues to happen, last year the "egalitarian mariage" was accepted by the law. Despite this law has been consolidated discrimination against gays or lesbians inycreased, because it woke up the thoughts of people of their posibility to form a familiy. Through the acceptance of kids' adoption by homosexual couples many people and religious groups started to demonstrate their nonconformity for the future of those kids. As this disconformity rose, discrimination did as well.
Despite the fact that many people don't accept homosexual people, my small group of people thinks that it's a way of life that many people choose, and it is their decision. They arehappy being that way and they don't botheranyone.
To conclude, we can say that being homosexual is a risk, because many people will discriminate you, but it's also a lifestyle that has to be accepted because as the laws says, everyone can be happy but into limits (law) so they don't prejudice anyone.
